Installation

Installation is a crucial step to insure that the system is functional in a timely manner.  Through our association with the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) we can offer the services of skilled electricians for a quality installation.  This association allows Lanco Electric to offer you a true turn-key project with single point responsibility.

Training

A properly trained operator is a key to a successful system.  Lanco Electric provides on-site training with every system and can offer a more formal session at our facility if desired.  Each system is fully documented to provide operations and maintenance personnel the information they need to operate and maintain the system.

Support

Lanco Electric is committed to fully supporting each and every system delivered.  Phone support is available 24 hours a day.  Remote computer support is an option and on-site support is available within 24 hours and usually can happen much sooner.
